上海雨水利用逐渐起步 城市雨水利用逐步推进

目前，地球上的淡水资源越来越短缺，在针对这样的现状，人们开始寻找新的水资源途径，而雨水利用就是其中最为重要的一种。近些年来，上海市已经开始逐步重视雨水资源的利用，如果上海市每年能将约24亿吨的雨水利用起来，就可以完全满足全上海人的用水需求，缓解上海市水资源短缺问题。
在上海浦东注明的孙桥现代农业园区，人们将6万平方米的大棚顶盖的雨水“开发”起来，将每座大棚的排水侧沟都连结起来，通向四座大型蓄水池。这些长为60米，宽慰25米，池深3米的蓄水池可以储存近3000立方米的雨水。在经过沉淀、过滤之后，可以将这些雨水用于农业园区的浇灌作业。
除了在农业方面可以进行雨水的再利用外，在路面和广场等地也大力推广了渗水材料和结构，让大部分地面的雨水径流成为回灌水源；此外，在高架两侧地下建设很多蓄水池，使沿着高架流下的雨水可以就地进行“回用”，这些雨水可以养育高架旁的花草，也可以在干旱时期作为浇灌储备用水。而针对小区等地来说，可以根据实际情况建设蓄水系统，利用蓄积的雨水来冲地，洗车等一系列工作。
